I must say the setting is just perfect for people who want to get away from humid and chaotic metropolitan. It’s not a 5-star hotel and resort but its atmosphere purely embraces the sense of nature. The resort is designed to be eco-friendly and sustainable. The tricycles will send you directly to the resort for a fee of Php 150 per special trips. The resort is 5km from the main road and there are 5-seater tricycles piling up just where the bus will disembark you. Note that you have to inform the bus driver or attendant to drop you at the Maharlika Hi-way where there’s a Bato Springs signboard. If you’ll be taking the bus bound to Lucena from Pasay Terminal in Taft Ave., the fare is Php127 each passenger. It is a perfect resort to unwind with nature because its a natural home ground for butterflies, dragonflies, and birds. Banahaw, Bato Springs is just 2-hours drive from Manila.
